At Bernies Cafe we will do our best to fulfil all orders but in exceptional cases, such as where supplies are unobtainable or temporarily out of stock we will contact you to suggest an alternative item or let you know the time delay.

Bernies Cafe will ship your items (within most of mainland UK) the best way and for a maximum cost of £7.23 + VAT, should postage fall below this amount your shipping cost will be reduced accordingly.

Parts of Northern Scotland, Ireland & the Islands and rest of world are not included in the £7.23 + VAT maximum charge.

We "ship" world wide. We will always try & make carriage as cheap as possible.Therefore, carriage will be charged at cost. We will do our best to quote for postage before delivery if we are asked.

Returns Policy: Claims will not be accepted for damages or shortages unless they are reported to Bernies Cafe within 2 days of receipt and we request that all customers open boxes and check them as soon as possible after receipt. In addition, goods will only be replaced if they are found to be damaged in transit or if a problem has occurred during production.
